The 2009 Convention saw media attention, people dressed as Joe
characters, people lining up overnight for the exclusives, and a
"controlled-leaked" image of the "H.A.T.E." tank that was included in
the set. Most importantly, the Canadian G.I. Joe Convention raised $5200.00 by dontating a portion of the sale from it's 2009 Convention set to the McMaster Children's Hospital.
