2003

Plans for the 2003 Joe Meet were delayed until 2004 when it was decided a custom exclusive figure would be made for each person attending.

The plans for that figure, and the 2004 Joe Meet were done throughout the 2003 year. Officially, there was no "Meet" in 2003 other than a small gathering of people.
